Work Permit Provider

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Work Permit Provider website and to inquiries, applications and services requested through us. By submitting information, paying for a service or otherwise engaging us, you agree to the applicable terms and any specific written agreement, invoice or service conditions provided for your case.

Important: Work Permit Provider is a private service provider. We are not an embassy, immigration authority or government agency, and we cannot guarantee any visa, permit, residence status, invitation approval, admission, job placement or immigration decision.

1. Service Scope

We may provide information, document coordination, application support, employer or institution coordination, travel support, business setup support and related administrative services. The exact scope, price, expected timeline and deliverables for a specific case should be confirmed in writing.

2. Government and Third-Party Decisions

All decisions made by immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, employers, educational institutions, banks, airlines, insurers or other independent third parties are outside our control. Approval, processing time, appointment availability and final requirements may change without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents.
  • Inform us promptly if your passport, legal status, employment, address or other relevant information changes.
  • Attend interviews, biometrics or appointments where personally required.
  • Read and comply with official authority instructions and deadlines.
  • Do not provide forged, altered, misleading or unlawfully obtained documents.

4. Estimates, Jobs and Service Information

Processing times, salaries, job sectors, employer details, government fees and other figures shown on the website may be examples or estimates unless expressly confirmed for your specific case in writing. Availability may change. A displayed role, salary or timeline does not create a guarantee.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees, payment stages and third-party charges may differ by destination and service. Where a quotation, invoice or written service agreement is issued, that document controls the specific payment terms for that case. Government, embassy, insurance, airline, courier, translation, legalization or other third-party charges may be separate unless expressly included.

6. No Unlawful Assistance

We do not provide or promise unlawful approvals, bribery, forged documents, fake employment, false statements, circumvention of immigration rules or any other illegal service.

7. Communications

You are responsible for providing working contact details and checking messages from us and from relevant authorities. Email, WhatsApp or other messaging channels may be used for case communication where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Work Permit Provider is not responsible for losses caused by government refusal, changes in law or policy, third-party delay, missed appointments, airline changes, employer withdrawal, inaccurate information provided by the client, force majeure, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

9. Website Content

Website content is general information and does not replace official legal or immigration advice for an individual case. Official authority information should always take priority where there is a conflict.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions when services or requirements change. For an already-paid case, any specific written agreement or invoice terms provided for that case remain relevant.
