Work Permit Provider

Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This Refund Policy explains the general approach to refunds for services purchased from Work Permit Provider. A specific written service agreement, invoice or quotation may contain different or more detailed refund terms; where that happens, the specific written terms for that service will apply.

Please note: A visa, work permit, residence permit, invitation, admission, employer decision or other authority outcome is never guaranteed. A refusal by an authority does not automatically mean the service was not performed.

1. Before Work Starts

If you cancel before meaningful work has started and before any non-refundable third-party cost has been incurred, we may refund the eligible service amount after deducting any clearly disclosed administrative or payment-processing cost, where applicable.

2. After Work Has Started

Once document review, preparation, employer/institution coordination, application work, consultation, booking, translation, submission or another agreed service has started, the portion of the fee relating to work already performed may be non-refundable.

3. Government and Third-Party Fees

Government, embassy, consular, visa-center, insurance, airline, hotel, courier, translation, legalization, appointment or similar third-party charges are generally non-refundable once paid or committed, unless the relevant third party itself returns the amount.

4. Authority Refusal

If an application is refused by an embassy, immigration authority or another independent body, any refund depends on the written terms agreed for that specific service. Unless the service agreement expressly provides a refusal refund, fees for work already completed and non-refundable third-party costs are not automatically refundable.

5. Incorrect or Misleading Information

A refund may be refused where the client supplied false, forged, incomplete or materially misleading information or documents, concealed a relevant refusal or immigration history, failed to cooperate with required steps, missed a required appointment, or otherwise caused the service to fail.

6. Service Provider Error

If we are unable to provide a paid service because of an error solely attributable to us, we will review the unused portion of the service fee and may offer correction, replacement service, credit or refund as appropriate to the circumstances and the applicable written agreement.

7. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@workpermitprovider.com with your full name, application/reference number if available, the service purchased, payment proof and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information needed to review the case.

8. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payer or another verified method where necessary. Processing time depends on the payment method, bank and any third-party provider involved.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us first if you believe a payment or service issue has occurred so that we can review the matter and provide the relevant service records. Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
